When you were a child, someone invariably asked you what you wanted to be when you grow up. Maybe you knew, maybe you didn’t. The funny—and crazy—thing is that many people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s still to this day ask themselves the exact same thing. And if they’re still asking that question, they probably still don’t know the answer. If this applies to you, it’s time to figure it out. Spend whatever time it takes to think it through. Decide what you want. Envision greatness. And then make your future happen. It’s never too late to start.
